Restorative, Gentle Indoor Yoga Fundraiser

Join us for a night of restorative and gentle yoga for all levels, hosted by Shiva Shakti, located above the WLT office. From beginners to experienced practitioners, are all welcome! This is an "unwind the nervous system" class that takes off the rush and demands of keeping up with the demands of city living. Nature themes, plus calming music and forms, will be included. Optional visit to the WLT office downstairs afterwards for those curious about our new location. Tickets are $20 for current dues-paying members, $25 for non-WLT members.
