Description

Forest Bathing, also called shinrin-yoku or forest therapy, is a rapidly-growing, research-based way of supporting health, happiness, and well-being.

Some think of it as Mindfulness in Nature, however the practice is also about reacquainting ourselves with our own sense of belonging and our relationships with nature, whatever that may look like for each of us as individuals.

Take time out for yourself in this very special opportunity to connect with others and experience forest bathing together in a group led by certified forest therapy guide and award-winning author, Nadine Mazzola
